i think the jazz and mavs are just on a slow start right now. theyll get better. im a lakers fan and i dont think theyre the best team in the nba, but they are playing the best basketball that ive ever seen them play right now. they have a pretty good chance this year is the bench keeps contributing.

They are good. Kobe needed to do what he did to get these guys going. Bynum is a future power house and Odom stopped being shy!!! If we win today, we either gain a full game over Dallas, or we are 4th in the West!!!!! (depending who wins the Hornets - Maves game)!!!

considering the fact that its the 1st half of the season, nothing can be judged right now. Mavericks can come back and so can the jazz. They're both good teams and the lakers would probally get the 7th or 6th seed at the end of the season.
they'll be okay, but can they take the jazz in 7 games? i doubt it.
They will be good but they wont be great, Im a die hard Lakers fan but I know the competition we have to face in the West. I do think we will be higher than a 7th seed this year, if qwe can get consistent play of Lamar Odom, Jordan Farmar, Andrew Bynum, Luke Walton, Radmonovic and Ariza (off the bench)...Kobe and Fisher are going to have consistent play.

lakers are playing well at the moment. but sooner or later, the jazz and the mavs are gonna pick things up and overtake the lakers. they're just too good for the lakers to contend against, at least for this year.
